Racism has existed worldwide for centuries, yet recognizing, naming, and dealing critically with it is often difficult.

In these training sessions, I accompany people on their anti-racism journey.

A central component is the intensive examination of racism and other forms of discrimination.

What does racism actually mean? What effects does it have? What does it have to do with each one of us and our life? These and other questions will be analyzed.

The training supports a reflection on one’s own social position and provides a learning process on how each individual can learn to think, act and speak in a way that is critical of racism and discrimination. For this purpose, unquestioned ways of thinking, using language and behavior schemes are reflected and a racism-critical learning process is initiated.
