Jasmin Mouissi held an eye opening workshop to what is important, completely without pointing fingers: racism is part of our social structure and not only an issue in extremist circles. Talking about racism must no longer be a taboo.

We are keen to support colleagues to develop their understanding and application of anti-racist approaches and were hugely grateful to Jasmin for her truly excellent workshop. Engaging, knowledgeable and open for the workshop space to be one of learning, Jasmin was a brilliant, eloquent and inclusive leader. Staff were stimulated to reflect on the content of the workshop after it was over and many commented that it flew by far too quickly. We have had further feedback from colleagues that the workshop has helped them critically engage with the topics of anti-racism and white privilege in their personal lives as well as in the workplace. Dear Jasmin, the empowerment workshop was very insightful. Apart from being very well structured and easy to follow, the workshop did its job. The participants were able to speak. They were well included in the exchange. Clarity was given about reactions to racism. The topic was examined from different perspectives. Because all of the situations discussed in the workshop were known to the participants. This meant that the participants didn't have to have the feeling that they were alone with these problems and that the problem was not them, but racism. In addition, important and sustainable solutions were given as tips that can be used permanently, and many different everyday situations were discussed in the workshop. The participants went home with the lesson that it is normal to be overwhelmed and sometimes not knowing how to act. All in all, the empowerment workshop was very nice, interactive, educational and professionally run. I would like to thank you for the commitment to the very short-term request. The workshops with Jasmin Mouissi on the topic of critical whiteness and diversity are an enormous enrichment for our theatre collective and an important step on our way to reflecting our own privileges as white people in a white majority society. Together we develop strategies for example, how we can position ourselves clearly anti-racist in our work and private life and how we can support colleagues affected by racism, how we can be allies. I was able to meet Jasmin Mouissi as a keynote speaker as part of the Competentia MEO project "Diversity in Excellence". "Racism in Workplace – Challenges and Recommandations" was the title of her keynote, in which Jasmin spoke about how a diversified culture can be established in the workplace. She excellently managed the translation from the social dimension, in which racist patterns of thought, action and narratives still shape our societies, to the corporate perspective. Dealing with one's own mindset is just as elementary for establishing a open and modern corporate sector. Jasmin explains connections sensitively, differentiated and comprehensible. With the way she is and the use of anectdotes, her keynote was an "aha experience". Thank you very much!

We invited Jasmin Mouissi to our theme evening "Colonialism – what do we have to do with it", where she explained racism in our society in her keynote. With her profound knowledge and her friendly way, she was a great enrichment of the evening and contributed to the fact that even after the event there were never-ending, lively discussions. As part of a nationwide network meeting, Jasmin Mouissi gave a three-hour workshop on "Criticism of Racism and educational work". Through her very successful facilitation, she has created a depth of content that I couldn’t imagine to be possible in this time slot. Our participants took an above-average amount of suggestions and impulses from this workshop and rated it positively throughout. In her workshop, Jasmin Mouissi not only showed her strong expertise on the topic, but also understood how to address and navigate emotions in the room on the one hand and on the other hand to give the predominantly white participants a strong impulse for self-reflection and a feeling of "We can change that!". I recommend her 100% as a trainer for anti-racism and look forward to working with her again in the future."

Jasmin gave an anti-racism workshop at my former company at the time and also coached me and my two colleagues in the anti-discrimination team on racism. I was super happy with both the workshop and the coaching. Both were thoughtfully structured and designed to our needs. I and my colleagues gained a lot from it, both those who were more experienced and those who had little knowledge about anti-racism. I also liked that she also focused on and grounded us in intersectionality. Jasmin is an extremely (!) good speaker, it was just fun to listen to her.
