Through consultation and designing a process, I support the transformation of your organization on the sustainable path to anti-discrimination and institutionalization of DEIB structures.
During this process I use different types of events and methods to focus on the (further) development of your organization in topics such as leadership skills, DEIB organizational framework, action plans, complaint management and sustainable personnel structures.
